Bugs
Our intention is of course to maintain the products bug-free to as large extent as possible. For this purpose we appreciate your feedback and reports that you send us. Please send as much information about the bug and the circumstances in which it occurred as possible to help us to reproduce it and eventually fix it.
Existing customers have access to product’s version history based on which they know if it is necessary for them to download the latest versions.
How to submit a bug report
- Check the support forum first to find out whether your issue has been discussed or resolved there.
- If this did not help, then use the support form.
- Please fill the form thoroughly.
- Choose the right product that the problem is related with.
- Type in the VERSION of the product (quite often the reported issue has already been fixed, you just need to upgrade to newer version).
- Fill in your email address and optionally your phone number so we can contact you as soon as the issue is fixed.
- Let us know the operating system and its version you are developing for.
- If you received an exception, please provide the information from the call stack.
